What is good weight loss plan for a pescetarian?

I am pescetarian, which means I am a “vegitarian” who eats fish. I am planning for a weight that will help me to seek to lose weight, while still not eating more meat than fish.

    Great.i was a pescetarian myself some years ago..take steamed fish with oatmeal for dinner(you may season it with pepper and a drizzle of sesame oil, and do add eggplants and carrots by the side)…do stick to your regular dose of veggies n fruit…do keep a limit on soy products because too much soy raises estrogen in your blood and that will be enough to limit your body from burning excess fat… Fatloss4idiots diet plan really help me generate a diet plan with the food that i choice.     Try to cut the fats eg butter, cheese. Cook with olive oil if you need to. Exercise calories must exceed those you consume.

    The fastest way to weight loss is by taking weight loss pills and supplements. But the risks involved with taking diet supplements significantly outweigh the results any person would receive. Most people believe that diet pills and supplements will solved their overweight problems overnight. If you are taking diet pills & supplements to weight loss, the moment you stop taking the pill, your weight will reverse back to where you start and sometime worst or you will be hook to the diet pills in order for you to maintain your idea weight.
