What diet and exercise makes you lose weight very quickly?

Can you tell me a strict diet and exercise plan to lose weight. I cant eat wheat or dairy and I dont like chicken or turkey or red meat. Ill have some wheat once in awhile. So what can make me drop in size????? Thank you so much also I have a gym membership, like to exercise but not run.

    Occasionally diet and working out just isn’t the be-all and end-all, cause there can be excess weight just sitting around in the insides.
