    I’m 52 and I had a slight problem moderate all my life (about 25 lbs have.) Have been on many diets and always lost weight but never could a lifestyle change. “This is so simple – I think some of those who have given negative reviews are reading more into it and make it more complicated than it is. Who, if it is a bit like the Atkins diet in the first few weeks – at least not have, I do not worry, the carbohydrate calculation, I have been there for 5 weeks, lost 12 pounds and have lost the habit, addiction sweets, biscuits and chocolate. I can totally ignore the Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in the staff lounge. Do not know have to eat the menu plan – those are just suggestions for people to no creativity in cooking. Just eat things in the list and should not eat in the “can not eat” list and make sure they eat their food snacks and enough at the time of the meal to feel satisfied.     I can only say that my personal experience with this diet and can take it from there. I have tried various diets and never worked, because I do not stay longer with them I was hungry all the time. I counted calories and exercised for two years and lost only 20 pounds and lose then remained for months. With this diet I lost 27 pounds in 6 weeks and am still losing. The best part is that I am doing this the rest of my life. The first day is a bit upset hard, but because you will be amazed at how little you will get hungry. I ate three big meals a day and two snacks. It was certainly much to eat. The best part is that despite occasional dessert, do not care! And as the book – I have lost weight in my stomach first (I’m forty-year old women). It may not work for everyone – not a diet, but this is a healthy and worked for me. It’s worth a try if nothing else has worked for you – trust me!

    I was 149, 5’4”, 39 years since our daughter was born 3 years ago I wanted higher and higher, I do not want to see 150! After 6 weeks at the South Beach Diet, my husband and I lost 15 pounds, was my first diet, my mother started before 2 weeks and 18 pounds, the now lost (after 8 weeks) 65 Mother tried many diets and taste so much and the idea of a daily menu from breakfast to dinner and snacks are the first 2 weeks a bit difficult, but her large, so that you do within 7 days we see actually melt! Go to the supermarket costs: much higher with all fresh vegetables, spices and meat, for $ 2 more per week followed by 50-80, just the menus, but I heard a diet is expensive; The recipes are great, but long; lunch reservation ready for the job felt like I was always in the kitchen!
