what are the exact symptoms of breast cancer in dogs?
i have a 4 year old toy poodle who had 5 puppies on may 18, 2009. i noticed a couple of weeks ago she had an inverted swollen and hard nipple.and when you squeeze it white stuff(not exactly sure what it is)comes out. i tried rubbing it gently with a warm cloth but she wouldn't let me. i have set an appointment for her in a couple of days but i would like to know what going on with her right now. please help!
signs and symptoms of lung cancer?
My mother in law is a heavy smoker, and has persistant smoker's cough. My husband and I have talked to her many times about our concerns for her health, and she is quite defensive, and not very open. She has tried to quit several times, and we have been supportive, but we try not to be hard on her when she fails.
She is 63 years old, and has had pnemonia several times over the past 5 years, has a very inactive lifestyle, suffers from athsma, and also has alot of stress in her life.
We are worried about her health all the time, and want her to be proactive about medical care, even if she cannot quit smoking. She has been hospitalized for pnemonia twice...Can we assume that she had X rays done both times, and if so, that no mass has been found up until this point? How quickly can a mass grow? How often should we encourage her to be screened? Are there any signs that we should be looking for?
Canine Lung Cancer End Stage Symptoms???
I have an 11 year old male collie who was diagnosed with lung cancer last September.
Over the last few weeks I have noticed a marked increase in his panting. The panting is NOT coincident with the temperature as I have been consistently maintaining the home at approx. 75 degrees since he arrived to me.
Has anyone had experience with this diagnosis in their dogs? Is the increased panting a way for him to try to get adequate O2 levels?
Any info would be so greatly appreciated!

Do my husband’s symptoms indicate a prostate problem?
In the morning when I can hear him urinating, his stream stops and starts, and it sounds like a dribble, not the strong stream you would expect with a full bladder. He said there is no pain. I've heard this the last couple days in a row, but it may have been going on longer, I don't usually try to listen!
And this happened once, a few weeks ago:
He got up in the morning to urinate, I don't know exactly what happened but it sounded like he fell down in the bathroom, he may have just kind of lost his balance and fallen into the wall. When he came out of the bathroom, he seemed really out of it and wouldn't answer questions, he walked into the bedroom door and was trying to leave. I went over to him, and he lay down on floor for a few minutes. He was in a cold sweat and said he felt nauseous. After a few minutes, he got up and got back into bed. After that he was fine, and that hasn't happened again. I don't know if this one is related.
Are there other things that can cause a man's urine stream to be weak, or is it pretty much just the prostate?

what are symptoms of breast cancer?
A week ago my left breast was hurting like aching. Now its both of them. I am very tired and sleeping more than normal. Could this be symptoms of breast cancer? I have felt no lumps or knots or anything. I feel like I felt when I was pregnant, but I was just on my period last week and I have not had sex with my husband since then because I have not felt good. I did miss some birth control pills but I took extra, I am still one behind, but again I still had my period last week.
How are the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome different from those of colon cancer?
I am 28 year old male. For the last year and a half I have been expereincing unusual bowel symptoms, such as loose stools, narrow soft stools, occasional diarrhea, constipation, and mucus. I have not lost weight, and I have never had rectal bleeding, although I one time thought I saw it but I am pretty sure it was undigested tomatoe skins or something to that effect. I have generalized anxiety and panic disorder too, and I know this has an effect on bowel symptoms. I did see a doctor once, and he said he thought it was probably IBS, and then he recommended that I take a probiotic. So my question is, do my symptoms sound more like those of IBS or is it Colon cancer?
Symptoms of cancer of the ovaries?
I saw my Dr 6 weeks ago and he did a pelvic, CT and a ultrasound on me and said had 2 cyst on each ovary. I have been bleeding over a month, somedays are heavy and somedays are light. Sometimes I will get pain in my ovary as well. I am so worried I have cancer and that the Dr missed it because of the long period I am having now. I also have breast pain,headaches and feel bloated sometimes. Could the Dr have missed it on the ultrasound or the CT? I don't go back for 2 more weeks.
I had 2 pap smears this year and both came back normal

I've been feeling this kind of dizzy/woozy feeling for 3 days, and i also have neck stiffness. And like 2-3 months ago my left eye was twitching once in a while then it went away, also i had 2-3 headaches a week for a few months and to top it off sometimes I felt like blurry vision.
I've blamed my two pillows for the neck stiffness, but suddenly I began to feel this dizziness that has me really worried. I blamed the headaches to the stress related to college, cause I am very emotional and i get worried very easily. And the blurry vision I blame it to the non stop 8-10 hours i pass in front of my laptop and TV. I'm 22, and I'm a little obese and I barely exercise. I would like some opinions besides lose weight please, thanks.
What kind of disease can these symptoms come from.?
I have redness in the back of the throat, frequent break-out of hives, change in urinating habits: using the bathroom alot when trying to sleep, reduce to little to no wax in the ear, more than usual mucus build up in the eyes and weight lost. Note i've had an HIV and cancer test for the past 2yrs and both were negative. Check for kidney effection, throat culture, high sugar what have all negative. So what can this disease be???????

Breast cancer survivor, 10 years out–new symptoms?
I had a partial mastectomy with excision. All mammo's to this point have been clear.
I called my new doctor, because I was concerned about a bad feeling I have at the surgical site...muscle stress, not painful exactly, kind of like an intense stitch in my side like as if I had been running. I also have this itch/burning deep against my chest wall that happens with no particular frequency--just random even when I sleep. The other thing is a dry cough at all times of day and night.
The cancer that I had was deep in the chest muscle, so the surgical site includes some of the muscle. The radiation treatment went longer than expected because they didn't want it to impact the lung any more than necessary.
I have a new mammo appointment, scheduled for late March, based on lack of symptoms (no ultra-sound, chest x-ray, or blood work) Dr. says not approved?
Do you other survivors think this odd? I have been totally clear of my thyroid cancer since 2001.
Any ideas? Comments? Suggest?
I guess what I'm asking is: I don't really know this new doctor, and am not thrilled with her casual reaction to my questions.

how do i know i have lung cancer??
I had my first cigarette around the age of 6 because i was curious.
Than i stole a box of packs n smoked them with my cousin. After that I stopped smoking as much and finally quit around 9.
I started again at the age of 14 but quitted again two years later. Am now 17 and am scared i might developed lung cancer since I see commercials about lung cancer everyday and how they tell you to quit before its too late.
