I need to improve my diet, but I need to include some junk(ier) food for 2 reasons. Can you comment?
1) An entirely whole foods diet drives me crazy. 2) I'm fearful of not having whole foods available if on vacation or otherwise away from home. I have fibromyalgia, leaky gut, and other health problems that would almost certainly go completely into remission if I ate a perfect diet. Seafood, chicken, beans, fiber, complex carbs...etc. These are the best for me, but if they're all I eat, within 3 days I feel like I'm in prison when it comes time to eat. I've tried learning to make healthier foods tastier, but it's like calculus for the math-o-phobe. My plan is to eat MORE whole foods, rather than completely change over to such a diet. What effect do you predict such a change would have?
What are some good low carb foods I can eat ?
I just got braces and so far the only thing I've been able to eat is ice cream and smoothies. both of them have high fat and calories, and I'm technically supposed to be on a low carb diet for soccer. any food ideas?

I had a dream a little wiles back about a growth on my shoulder anyways when i woke up i checked and fair anuf there is a tiny little blueish blackish discoloration there about the size of a small child's fingernail, its not bleeding or swollen or anything its flat and i wouldn't worry but only for the blueish color and for the fact its on a part of my body that sees the sun the most. If it is can i stay awake to get it cut out because im more scared of being put to sleep then actually getting it cut out lol
