The last time I was in 2006 ketoacidosis admitted to the hospital contracted staph. Could a common cold or allergies make you come back or ketoacidosis is due to a lack of insulin?

How soon can I begin a diet and exercise after I have my baby, since I plan to breastfeed for 6 months?
