I am 24 at 5'5" I currenly weigh 136. My goal is to reach 125 lbs as fast as possible but safe. So I am eating strictly 1200 calories a day, working out five times a week for 60 minutes (high cardio) and using a safe diet pill and drinking about 10 glasses of water a day. Will I loose weight quick? What else could I maybe do to speed up the process thats safe? Thanks....any ideas or suggestions would be awesome!
