1 / 4 cup crushed pineapple
1 fresh apricot, diced
6 strawberries
1 / 2 banana
1 1 / 2 cup water
1 tbsp. skim milk powder
1 tablespoon of overcrowding. high quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp. Flax seed oil (optional)

In a blender, process fruit with remaining ingredients. Blend until thoroughly mixed and serve.

Strawberry-Banana Fruit Milk Shake Recipe

1 banana, frozen
6 frozen strawberries
1 1 / 4 cup water
1 tbsp. skim milk powder
1 tablespoon of overcrowding. high quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp. flax oil (optional)

In a blender, process all ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve.

Tropical Fruit Shake

1 / 2 mango
2 tbsp. coloda mixture of frozen pineapple (or 1 / 8 tsp. natural coconut extract)

4 frozen strawberries
6 ice cubes

Though in other articles I have been a strong proponent of drinking mostly water to help achieve rapid weight loss, I must admit that drinking juice to lose weight quickly has its merits, providing you are drinking it as a meal replacement, rather than in addition to your regular meals.

There are all sorts of great juice recipes for weight loss, and this makes it easier than ever to lose weight quickly without denying yourself simple, delicious fare. One thing to note about losing weight by drinking juice is that it is not a permanent solution. Juice simply does not have the nutritional balance your body needs over the long term. Carrots, celery and spinach can all be tasty, nutritional addition to regular fruit juice to really add some healthy punch to your drink.

Here is an example of a tasty juice recipe for weight loss that is quick and simple to make:

3 Medium sized carrots
1 Stalk of celery
1 apple (cored)
1/2 cup spinach

In order to lose weight you need to find weight loss promoting foods that you like. This is an individualized process: "one menu fits all" approach doesn't work in weight loss. Try different weight loss recipes and discover ones that are right for you. Also don't forget to pay attention to the portion size.

Below is a weight loss recipe to try:

Banana-berries shake

This shake is very filling; it is good to drink in the morning for breakfast.

-1/3 of medium banana. If you like sweet taste use ripe bananas.
-About 2 tbsp fresh or frozen raspberries (or blueberries, blackberries, mixed berries - choose the ones that you like)
-2 tbsp soft tofu or organic low-fat yogurt with bacterial culture - to give a rich texture and add protein to the shake
-1 tbsp ground flax seeds - to add healthy Omega-3 fats and fiber
-1/3 tsp of pure cocoa powder, no sugar added (optional)
-2 tsp spirulina or mixed green powder (optional) - to increase the anti-oxidant content and numerous other benefits. Note that this addition does not enhance the taste and the shake will turn dark green.
-1 cup organic brown rice milk or organic soy milk or organic low fat cow or goat milk. If you are using soy milk in this recipe do not use it every day - consume soy milk in moderation.

Put all the ingredients in blender. Wait for ½ hour if you are using frozen berries so the shake will not be very cold then blend till smooth.

Some Weight Loss Recipes

If you want to lose weight you can't continue eating what you've been eating before. It is obvious that you must change your diet, portion size and eating frequency. However this doesn't mean you have to eat dull, uninteresting food or be hungry all day long. There are delicious healthy recipes that you can enjoy and at the same time lose weight.

Below are some recipes to help you lose weight while enjoying your meals.

Hummus

1 can of chickpeas (19oz or 540ml), rinsed and drained
1/3 cup of tahini (sesame paste) - use 1/5 cup for the weight loss purposes
Juice of freshly squeezed half lemon
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
a pinch of paprika mild

Process chickpeas with ¼ cup of spring water to puree in a blender. Add tahini, lemon juice and garlic. Mix well. Garnish the top with parsley, olive oil and paprika.

Orange drink

1 cup of orange juice
½ cup vanilla rice milk
2 tablespoons of soft tofu
1/3 of banana (to sweeten) or add 1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of grated orange zest
2 peeled orange segments

Mix everything together in a blender.

Roasted Eggplant

Roast the whole eggplants with skins turning them occasionally till the skin turns black. Let it cool. Peel it off and remove the darkened skin. Process in food processor till smooth.

You can add to it 1 clove of crushed garlic or 1 chopped onion, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil.

Another way to serve roasted eggplants:

After roasting the eggplant, dice it into small cubes, dice 1 medium tomato and 1 medium onion, add 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Mix well together and serve.
