I’m a 30 year old woman and want to lose belly fat. I’ve lost weight in the last 5 months but I can’t seem?
to tone and tighten my stomach. I do sit-ups, crunches, I use the ball, do weights but it's so hard to lose fat on the belly area. Does anyone have any tips, advices, etc that you can give me? Is it possible to get a tone stomach in a month? Thanks.

Abnormal bleeding, post coidal and random…confirmation of cervical erosion by MD last week, cancer?
I have experienced some abnormal bleeding the last two months, not much, until the last time I had intercourse with my boyfriend - then I bled a fair bit but it was too early for my period. I went to the MD who suspected it may be chlamydia (which I doubt) because I was also suffering some itching (which I thought was due to possible yeast infection). She also confirmed a cervical erosion. I had been using douche (which I normally don't) and a spermicidal gel and thought the itching was due to that, but when I had the bleeding I became concerned. I have a history of severe dysplasia (pre-cancer) of the cervix which was treated and am very concerned that it may have developed again and this could be the cause of the bleeding. I don't have any signs or symptoms of chlamydia and only had itching that subsided after treatment for a yeast infection. My last pap was in Dec or Jan and it was normal. I should get results this week. About what should I be concerned?
I have received word that I was negative for Chlamydia or any other active STD. I am very concerned now that I may get bad news about my pap. I do hear that cervical erosions can spontaneosly occur and then heal without complications, but with my history I didn't know if maybe I had a greater chance of a problem.... anyone have any experience with this?
prostate help please! 25 years old, minor scrotal pain for last 2 years, prostititus?
25 year old, MINOR (barely there at all), monogamous, told by family doctor its prostititus. Tried 5 day antibiotics, no effect at all.
Heres the wierd thing: 2 years ago around time when pain started, I was dating a different girl, and she kept getting constant yeast infections. I was starting to experience this pain at that time, and I was also given the over the counter anti-fungal medication in a single dose taken orally. During that time the pain was gone, my erection size was back to normal. This lasted 2 weeks.
Anyone out there ever had this sort of thing? Ever heard of a chronic yeast infection in a male? Perhaps I just needed a higher or longer dose of the anti-fungal to clear it up.
PS: My family has no history of erectile disfunction or prostate cancer, and my prostate has recently been screened to be sure. It is completely normal.
Question about a persons last days… she had cancer and died a year ago.?
I have a friend who was 55 years old. She died of lung cancer a year ago. During her last days her children did not feed her or give her any fluids. She asked (she was drugged) for something to drink and her daughter brought her ice chips. She wanted something to drink. This always struck me as weird. Hospice was there on and off during those days. They did not feed her... is this normal? To me, I would give anything to a person I cared about... what ever it was.

Mum age 73 very frail lost a lot weight has constitution of an ox not very mobile only comes down stairs daily on chair lift, very breathless on using commode in same room only moves for commode and too wash hands. Exercise plateau- im slim but have last 3kg to lose and am struggling!?
I would love to hear from a qualified dietician/personal trainer about this issue I've had with my body. I am very fit, I eat well i exercise 5 hours a week at least by dancing/running/ hill walking with weights etc. I have been struggling however to get down to my ideal weight, which is only 3kg less than I am now. I can't seem to budge those last few pounds. It gets so depressing. I've tried everything from low carb diets which just make you gain after you lose the weight and then i've tried detox diets like Dr Joshi and The Food Doctor way of living (not the strict diet). I dont eat chocolate and fatty foods, I eat high fibre, (brown rice/ wheat free bread/ gluten free cereal etc). Im doing everything someone would advise you to do to lose weight but its not working.
Im actually going to run another hour at my gym tonight (5 miles) and im sure it won't make any difference.
This is so frustrating, can someone give me a plan that WORKS or what am I doing wrong? Im so fed up! thanx
How to deal with prostate cancer in the family? How to find last resorts?
My 76-year-old father has had to battle prostate cancer for 4 years now. He's had 2 surgeries the past couple of years, and another 2 two years before the recent one. We thought he was saved after the fourth surgery (which really was a corrective surgery because the stupid surgeon 'accidentally' cut my dad's lymph node and he had to undergo 2 surgeries in 2 days).
Lately my dad's prostate has swollen up again... he went to the doctor (I wasn't there as I go to school/university and work almost 24/7)... the problem is my parents don't speak fluent english. They know basic English. And especially when the doctor talks to them in medical jargon, they probably have no complete idea of what the doctor's really saying... but according to my mom, the doctor told my mother that my dad's liver, kidney and lungs have cysts growing in them. I asked my mom what alternative medication/surgery/therapy can my dad have but my mom said he has little time left and that he can't undergo another surgery because he's old...
The problem is this is my mom panicking and most likely just speaking from hopelessness... But I asked my mom if the doctor mentioned anything about chemotherapy treatment. My mom said, "no." And I asked what the doctor suggested, and my mom just stayed quiet. I can't talk to my mom about finding treatment for my dad because she's too emotional and she keeps everything a secret.
