Do you buy diet foods to stay healthy: Low fat, low carb, low calorie? Does your S/O eat healthy or do you…?

buy seperate products for them, because they don't care to eat healthy and/or don't like the taste of health foods?

Healthy weight loss suggestions?

I am currently 5'5, 128lb, I would like to be about 115lbs by April and toned. I have a gazelle and a gym membership. I was wondering what would be a good healthy diet to follow and what exercises should I do and for how long and how much. I was told that using a stationary bike is a good choice as well as walking to start. I do not want to take any diet pills I just want to choose a healthy diet plan and exercises.

What are some ways you can lose weight healthy and that doesn’t cost any money?

I am a female, I am 5'6 and i weight about 175lbs. I would like to lose anywhere from 35-45 lbs. How many calories should I be eating per day? What are some healthy meal recipes? Approx. what times of the day should I be eating? What are some great exercises you can do in your home that burns calories without spending money? Last question, what would be the best way to keep track of what I eat? I would like to do it fast but really healthy without any diet pills etc.

Is this a good (healthy) weight-loss eating plan?

I'm 19 and I'm looking to lose about 30 lbs all together. I know about the fad diets and such and that is NOT what I want...that's why I'm asking for some advice. I am going to be exercising, starting out cardio 3 or 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes, and when I've lost the weight, I'll begin weight training to get better toned. Although I'm focusing on calorie intake, I've all together cut out sodas, sweets, and obvious things like that. Anyways, here's the eating plan I've been following, and it will change from day to day, but same amounts, close to the same amount of cals and such.

Breakfast:
1/2 cup Instant Oatmeal - uncooked - 150 cals
2 Tbsp Smucker's Organic Strawberry Preservers (for flavor) - 100 cals

OR

1 container Dannon lite and fit vanilla yogurt - 60 cals
1 banana - 110 cals

*1 or 2 bottles water (20 fl. oz) - between breakfast and lunch

Lunch
1 medium sweet potato - up to 150 cals (?)
1 Jennie-O turkey hot dog - 70 cals

*1 or 2 bottles water (20 oz) between lunch and dinner

Dinner
1 chicken breast (4-5oz) - up to 140 cals
3/4 cup (maybe more) green beans - 30 cals
1 bottle water (20 oz)

NOW, I realize this is only around 650 calories at the most for the day, BUT, not every day will be like this. I'm at college, and I go to the cafeteria sometimes. So, at least one meal a day will have, probably much, more than 200 calories. Also, I've heard about the 5-6 meals a day thing to keep your metabolism going. First off, is this right? It makes sense. I've been going with it, and having, usually fruit, or like those 100 calorie pack foods for a snack. So probably two snacks a day at 100-200 calories. I think that said, it will amount to at least 1200 calories a day. I would appreaciate ANY advice on this. I've talked to a couple people who are pretty knowledgeable, but put this together on my own. I know with a good diet and exercise, the weight will come off. Maybe slowly, but surely Thanks!

*Crystal Light? I know the artificial sweeteners...10 cals per packet, but is it alright for a diet? I get tired of water so easily..I can make myself drink it, but with crystal light is MUCH better! At the most, I'd use it on two bottles of water a day.

Thanks again!
To Daniel: I know the amount needed to lose weight is different for each person...is 1500 the minimum? I had been told 1200 was. Please correct me if I'm wrong! And thanks! :)
Thanks Fred! I don't like many vegetables, but I'll definitely incorporate the ones I do! And thankyou..didn't know the 1300 calorie thing. Milk..I could do a glass in the morning..chocolate milk is a weekness though. Haha..thanks again! Great answer!

Can anybody give me a basics for fat burning fruit diet? I heard it works and want maximim healthy results.?

Not freaky messed up weight loss, but natural healthy fat loss without losing too much muscle. Though a little muscle loss won't matter because i can build muscle really fast, its just covered up by fat.

Can someone please give me a truly healthy diet plan (day by day, meal by meal?

I have lost 140 lbs. over the course of the last 7 years (biggest being 350, smallest being 210lbs). I went back to college 2 years ago, and since then, I have ballooned back to 300lbs. I am really getting desperate to get this weight off again. I did it the first time by being poor and drinking vodka (and not much else), and the "3 day diet", but these options are no longer available to me. Anyone have a good meal by meal, day by day diet that worked for you?

healthy weight loss question?

I want to lose about 50 lbs. I want to lose it in a healthy way, not using diet pills or going days without food. Right now I am trying to walk about an hour a day, 4 days a week and eat as healthy as I can. I live in a dorm room right now but in 3 weeks I will be graduating and will be where I can cook and work out more. I was wondering if anyone knows any good sites that offer personal workout and diet programs. Thanks.
