I used to products like these have been tired, but I decided to try a few weeks before a big event. I was good in the first week and lost about 5 pounds. I have this product for a month. The first week I was there I liked a few pounds and then had to travel abroad for official purposes. It was hard watching my food intake and exercise. When I returned I had gained weight. Then I met the second cycle of the source of the month and the loss of some of the pounds I gained on the trip.
