Almost everything you know has always been on the weights. The book is divided into three parts. The first part, the truth about the weights, which explains all about the different types of weights. The second part moves the master shows you exercises you can do with a dumbbell, the many photos, and tutorials. This part is about 80% of the book. And finally, the third part offers one million movements of their muscles, mainly the reader with tips and suggested routines.

A great resource if you can weight, increase regular readers are interested in getting their own rotator cuff tears to avoid many athletes at last.

  2. I like this book. It would be perfect, except for the fact that “weight training for strength and fitness” by Matt Brzycki is better. This book is divided into three parts: the truth about weight, master moves and a million moves for your muscles. In essence, this is a good book for someone to master the basic moves and then wants to advance through a combination of exercises to the dual body parts. In this sense, is an excellent resource for all, with free weights and a few props: The bank controlled, Swiss ball, and a step.

The first section provides an excellent introduction to weights and advantages and disadvantages of different types of devices. I personally use the PowerBlock dumbbells. The second section contains pictures of every elementary, intermediate and combined joint exercises. The third part is small but has such exercises and helps you customize your training.

It was a strange thing about the book. There is a picture of a kettle bell in one of the introductory pages, but there is no mention of them in use or in any part of the book. This was an unexpected surprise and disappointment. In all this is a great book. Only gets four stars, because * not * the ideology behind the different training methods: Training with high intensity before and after certain exhaust techniques, progressive workload, 21s, 3×3 training, supersets, negatives forced

etc. My advice is to buy this book or receive Brzycki and the New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding Arnold.

  3. The book has some good features, but do not outweigh the negatives. The exercises are described in great, like them, but do not have the list of things. The exercises are in alphabetical order, which seemed like a good idea of multiples, but when I try them. Because the exercises are normally conducted in a specific order alphabetically more time is needed to find the desired to do first. In addition, all books are not given exercise each year with the same name. The book also lacks good routines in the list to get you started.

Buy this book last week and was very impressed by what can be done with just a few dumbbells impressed. Even experienced athletes in the gym trying some of the exercises and lifts. This book was discussed and approved at the gym – also read a personal trainer. I would say that is a must buy for beginners, before lifting, and personal trainers and trainees.

  5. It is good to do so much in our lives as easy as possible. This book is your training easy. But it makes you strong and firm and help you burn fat.

There’s nothing like the weights. I bought this book because I have a single problem at the moment, and looked for a way of training but take it easy in a tear of the rotator cuff. I can not lift the bar at all, because my right arm has lost most mobility. He will come back, but not entirely new.

So I’m not a form of exercise and needed my muscles atrophy. You can now, therefore less weight on his right hand and my regular heavy weight on my left and do bench presses. No, not ideal. But it. Works

Of course, that’s not what this book. Not for people with injuries. It is for everyone. All you really need are weights. The author himself says that the different types is available and the advantages and disadvantages of each.

For your weight, you may want to add at least one bank or a fitness ball. But for a small investment, you can get everything you need for a real workout in the privacy of your home. And I mean a “safe” training.

The author gives exercises for all levels. Fully describes and explains how to go every year, the number of reps and sets.

Oh, and girls, do not be afraid to buy the book. You have the muscles as well.

This is a great resource and I recommend it to you.
