I was looking for a completely natural way to lose weight. I decided to try this product. I noticed a difference in the way I felt about the food immediately. I stopped thinking about it because I had so much hunger. It was very beneficial for me in the night, especially since I was a night Snacker. I have lost weight with Hoodia, and plan to continue using it. I felt no side effects, but my appetite decreases. I find it very effective product.

I was with another brand in recent years with his great success, but apparently discontinuous. I have tried several brands in the Amazon in recent months, but found that it is better for me. This is the first product I bought Hoodia, and I was skeptical to try it, but it worked great! I’m taking for about two weeks, and last week showed me around one pound per day! I was just trying to lose like 12 pounds over the last year, but I have not been successful. I can eat a healthy diet and exercise, but I never feel full, so I think I eat too much at one sitting. Hoodia has helped me eat less and therefore do not feel like I’m starving. I count my calories, and one day I was eating less than 1000 calories and felt good. I bought a single bottle, and initially liked it very much, but later I found the whole 3 bottles is a bargain, the better. This has helped to reduce my cravings hoodia and appetite, as promised.
