I can use this product for 2 days at a time, maybe twice a month. Normally I use when has it that only one weekend ate and drank too much and suddenly I’m bloated and was 4 pounds heavier. Actually the trick. It helps me not be hungry when you drink as directed. Clean your system set up so that you have to reflect what they were before, a few more times. Although many of them will be the excess water and waste are cleaning it is a starting point very, very good for a diet or even a regular fitness.
This includes losing about 7 pounds during the 2 days of waste and excess water, and I usually feel not hungry. The few times I went I only eat a small meal, bar or some crackers and I was OK.
This is not something that their regular diet and exercise to replace, but is used to it for the benefits it provides. Overall I’m happy with it and recommend it for that use. So I can say that there is nothing in it would that have an adverse mix with common medications such as antidepressants and Adderall, but also with your doctor.

Everyone is different and reacts differently to diets. I personally am against it! I was turned on the product due to the drastic and argument was very skeptical. I used the product and come to the conclusion that it is in the long term a temporary solution to a problem. It tastes fantastic, because the taste is basically like fruit juice. The amount of sugar in the product does not help! A person would have the same results as if you drank only water all day and fasted for 24 to 48 hours. So, if you quickly. . . or faster with sugar and something that has flavor. . .
