I lost 30 pounds in 3 months on this product! it actually works without exercise or strict dieting. the first month I have experienced dry mouth, dizziness and slight nausea, but after that was all. I know someone who said the pills to his cardiologist (here in the USA!) And the cardiologist that the pills were safe to assume for it, and is more like a control of appetite, so people can learn the correct way to carried away and eat! Definitely recommend to everyone!

I have tried several products for weight loss, and this is the only one that worked. I was not hungry and the food was not as attractive as before. (For me not hungry, does not mean that they do not eat!) But this pill took over both the hunger and desire. He also gave me a lot of energy.
However, be prepared for side effects. I had some disturbance in sleep patterns for me. I had no trouble sleeping but I woke up very early. Also, sometimes I felt a little nervous when I had an extra cup of coffee. These side effects did not bother me though. In fact, the awakening of the first was a bonus!
The worst side effect is dry mouth. If you decide to use this product, I can not stress enough that you make sure that it is also prepared to treat dry mouth. I love this product, made from nature and it works! My sister bought it and used it and saw results immediately! I have 2 children and my youngest is 20 months. I used the energy boost to get to work, and I lost so much weight. I stayed with my sister because she could not find it in the store, and I was devastated. Thank God for Amazon! I recommend you see the results and reach your ideal weight from the dry product. My suggestion is after you reach your ideal weight use 1 tablet every two days, and how you used the control of food in parts of once every 2 days, and so on. Wean gradually.

I have never taken diet pills, because I always think, unless the exercise will not work. Well, I did not exercise. I sit on my a $ $ 8 hours at a desk job and at home in front of the TV until I fall asleep. I started the pill on a Saturday weighs 165, is now Wednesday and I weigh 155! I bought this product on the basis of the 15 comments that he had significant weight loss sworn. This is not my experience. I just started week 5 of using the product. I have 4 pounds, lost 1 pound a week since I started this product.
