Ephedrine ?

I noticed that the real ephedra from years ago had the active ingredient Ephedrine Alkaloids. Most of the ones I saw at http://www.thatswholesale.com have them.
Beware of the fake ephedra being sold elsewhere. It is a new scam. Fake ephedra does not have the active ingredient ephedrine alkaloids. I am considering RedCutz Ephedra as it has the real ephedrine alkaloids at 25mgs and is a pure ECA Stack without any of the other useless ingredients. Does anyone have any experiences with it?

Do you know a really low carb meal?

Anything? My sister needs food with really low sugar, because she found out that her sugar is too high. She's a diabetic.
She likes chicken more than beef, if that helps.
I've been searching online, but everything I've found still has a lot of carbs.

Weight loss program help Please?

I am 14 years old, im wanting to lose weight.
Today i went out and purchased a exercise bike.
I'm planning on riding it an hour a day, 6 times a week.
I did it today and my average speed for the hour was 18km per hour..
It said i lost 200 calories.
My heart rate was on 90 - 95 for the hole hour.
I'm doing this 6 times a week for an hour a day.
I already eat very healthy.
Will i lose weight?

whats a good cereal to eat during weight loss? && any good fresh fruit smoothie recipes?

please i'm trying to loose weight (30lbs) by the summer. i weigh 170...
in a nutshell here is wut i basically eat:
oatmeal w/ strawberries & coffee, nature valley crunchy oats bars, 100% whole wheat sandwhich w/ one hard boiled egg inside (thats my sandwhich lol), apple, 1 serving of special k cereal (fat free milk tastes kind of like water), broccoli w/ tuna OR chicken boiled in water, light yogurt w/ oats.

i would like to maybe sqeeze in a smoothie instead of a yogurt or something..any good recipes??

& whats the best cereal i can eat instead of special k??

i kno there's healthier!

extra info:
i do cardio for 2 1/2 hrs. (i jog 2 miles in that) 6 days a week & drink tons of water! i come out drenched of the gym ;D

I’m a 30 year old woman and want to lose belly fat. I’ve lost weight in the last 5 months but I can’t seem?

to tone and tighten my stomach. I do sit-ups, crunches, I use the ball, do weights but it's so hard to lose fat on the belly area. Does anyone have any tips, advices, etc that you can give me? Is it possible to get a tone stomach in a month? Thanks.

PLEASE HELP, I WANT TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT AND GAIN MUSCLE !?

I'm 15 years old, I'm 5'8", and I've recently found that i weigh 193lbs, maybe even a little bit more. I do have muscle but at the same time I do have fat and i have way more fat than muscle, mostly around my thigh and stomach area. Recently I had to gotten surgery done in september so I wasn't able to be as active as i use to be. I noticed I started to gain weight and before surgery i weighed around 179lbs. Over the period of six months i've gained almost 15pounds, all fat since I didn't do anything really active. It really hit me when i started to feel my pants begin to get tighter around the thigh area and plus i've just been eating fat and greasy foods a lot now. My chest has even gotten bigger and its beggining to pop out a lot. I thought about losing weight but I just didn't know what to for what, like for the chest area, or for the stomach area, etc. I signed up at planet fitness last week and I want to really lose weight. I feel so depressed and bad about myself when I look at myself in the mirror. Please give me some advice and help me. What exercises should i do for which body part, how many times(reps/sets), and how many times a day/week. How do i gain muscle, i get confused is it low reps and more sets or the other way around to gain muscle? How do i just lose body fat period, espically around the stomach area, thigh area and those annoying love handles. I even started to notice I'm getting somewhat a double chin. I want to get down to about 170 or around there with muscle and less fat. I don't even know how to eat, i don't even know whats good and whats bad and what i should eat to get skinner. Please answer with any advice or help to reach my goal. I really want this. Even my weight change has really tooken a toll of the way i get girls. Whats the best and fastest way to loose weight?

I'm extremely overweight. I'm 5'1" and weight 170lbs. :( I eat healthy though non-fat and sugar-free foods. And i dont over eat if thats what you thinking. Thing is i don't get a whole lot of exercise. My weight is all in my stomach and thighs. How can i loose this fast?And what would be an ideal weight for my height? I was only 145lbs back in september and i still thought i was rather fat.

Most effective weight loss plan?

I need to lose some weight, about 30-40lbs. I need, not necessarily a fast weight loss plan, but an effective one. I want to be able to see results. I can't get out to a gym and I do not own a treadmill. I'm 15, 5'4, and about 165lbs. I really don't look fat, but i feel uncomfortable with myself, even though everyone says i'm not fat.
